Kite Runner Essays are due by the end of this block.
Last day we wrote in-class paragraphs about Amir and Hassan. Today we will be looking at chapters 8 and 9 and discussing the idea of a scapegoat.
Today we looked at the 8 questions at the end of the short story “How I Met My Husband.”
We also discussed ideas around the role/portrayal of women in the story in preparation for an in-class essay next week.
